Hi, I’m Jen:
I am a coach, mentor and leader. I'm also a mom, partner, daughter and friend. I like travelling, hiking, running, dogs and I love solving problems.
My purpose is simple: I help people and teams explore and realize their true potential.I
I've spent my career living that out — helping individuals and teams uncover new possibilities and prepare for the road ahead. Whether it's through developing new skills, exploring new ways of working, or navigating talent processes that directly impact the health of the organization, I bring the same thing to the table every time: practical strategy, genuine curiosity, and a steady belief that people are capable of more than they often give themselves credit for.
Outside of work, you'll find me chasing new adventures, logging another (slow but steady) mile, and always looking for the next thing to learn or improve. Growth, for me, isn't a destination — it's the whole point of the drive.
As a Coach …
I believe we're all capable of reaching our potential — if we're willing to do the work to get there. For me, that starts with pulling up and out of the day-to-day, gaining a new perspective on the big picture, and getting honest about what's really going on: where you're stuck, and where the results you want aren't showing up. My role in that process is to be a partner, not an authority — working alongside you to close the gap between where you are now and your inspired future, the place where you're able to do your best work.
As a Facilitator …
I use real stories and share practical examples to make the content land and help participants connect to content and see how concepts apply to their day-to-day challenges. I pride myself on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, because people do their best thinking and their most honest talking when they feel safe enough to engage. I keep the energy alive through humor and the same kind of powerful questions I bring to coaching, and I stay closely attuned to the room — reading group dynamics as they unfold and stepping in, when it's needed, to keep the conversation moving and the group genuinely working toward shared outcomes.
